Cleared Recruitment is excited to partner with an Australian professional services firm that works directly with Defence, delivering innovative solutions and transformation projects for the Royal Australian Navy.

This organisation provides trusted advice and tailored services across project management, security and analysis, organisational design, and strategic communications, playing a key role in major government programs.

They have secured a 3-year contract to support a custom-built platform for Navy and are looking for a PV-cleared Systems Administrator to join their team in Canberra.

Because of the secure environment and nature of the role, applicants must be Australian citizens and hold an active TSPV clearance.

About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to work on a bespoke platform designed for Navy operations, with plans to scale this technology across broader Defence programs. As the Systems Administrator, you will ensure the ongoing performance, security, and optimisation of this platform while working closely with stakeholders in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide system administration support for a custom-built platform used by Navy.
• 
  Maintain and configure virtualised environments using VMware products.
• 
  Manage and apply Active Directory Group Policies.
• 
  Contribute to troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
• 
  Assist with platform enhancements and integration projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Proven experience in Systems Administration.
• 
  Exposure to VMware products.
• 
  Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• 
  Any experience with the ESRI product suite is highly regarded (not essential).
• 
  PV Clearance required (AGSVA – no OSA required).

Full training and certification support will be provided for any skill gaps.
